For the purpose of buying a residential property in Spain we set up a Ltd company incorporated in England. We are in the process of obtaining in Spain company fiscal tax number and NIE number for the company director. There is not going to be any income from the property or any other company business dealings in Spain. As a foreign company we will have to name a tax representative in Spain and will be required to submit accounts and yearly tax declaration. The value of the property is Euros. I would be grateful if you could give me some ballpark estimate how much such services of tax representative in Spain (Valencia Region) would cost. Many thanks, Natalie Brown, Company Director
