HI, if we buy a ready made company off shelf, when change name, add new director etc, do we need to be a Czech national to be a director, can director\'s address be in the uK, also can the share holder be a limited company in the UK? we want the Czech limited company to offer endoscopic treatment to our clients from UK and Ireland. The Czech s.r.o, will employ Czech Medical doctors who already have professional license as Gastroenterologist in Czech republic, will this Czech limited company needs to apply a license as well, ie in addition to the license these Czech doctors already have?
