
Hello We are a UK registered limited company who are a UK Civil Aviation approved training provider who are based in London. We are looking at setting-up an branch office in Lithuania. Ireland, Greece or Luxembourg to allow us to trade more freely post-Brexit. With this in mind, can you give me your thoughts on what procedures we would need to follow to do this please? Also, do you know if we will require work and resident permits please? We do not imagine spending more than a month in the country at any one time. Is there a legal requirement to employ local staff?
