Hello, I am a UK citizen living in Vilnius - I have a UK limited company and had advice from my UK accountant and she has suggested that I talk to a Lithuanian accountant about my personal tax status and also whether to register as a company. I am also looking to register an NGO / association and looking for advice on set-up and on-going accountancy support including personal and company tax returns including bank account registration.
