Friend lives in Philipinnen - want to found together with me company in Litva - If we decide now to found company - how Ltd type of company - what we have to do that my partner gets visa to come and sign company founding contract and what we have to do when and how we can start company and partner can become CO (leader of company) to get passport 1 year or more to travel free and work free in Schengen area (cost - time - investment totally This one employed litva citicen has to earn minimum - can work also in Shengen area and how we organisate bookkeeping - and working office for all letters and nessary contacts with customers etc
