Just in a few words I will explain my current situation. I am an IT contractor and work in UK. I am a British citizen and plan to incorporate a limited company in Poland for my new long-term contract for which I would need your services. The services would be - 1. Incorporating a new limited company. 2. Applying for VAT and keeping VAT registers. 3. Applying for virtual registered address for that company. 4. Availing notary services. 5. Maintaining my accounts 6. Dealing with fiscal authorities on my behalf.
