First of all, we are 3 people (multinational) (Palestinian and Chinese), looking to start up a new business in Sweden as a trading company “export and import”. - what is the type of company more suitable for us - what is the process and how you can help in registration till start up? - how we can get a PR for Three (3) of us. NOTE: at earlier stage 2 of us need to be there and another will manage business abroad - Can we register as 2 owners and one managing director? - Is there any legal requirement for export or import licenses?
