kindly need your advise to arrange a Blue Card for a non-EU family who needs to get residency of Spain in the cheapest and fast way ; please inform me which way is the best for this family? 1- I am a belgian citizen and make a business in spain and hire this people in my business as an employee. 2- establish a company in Spain for them without my help and let them to be owner of the business. 3- Buy property and show the are owner of property. regards;
