Hello, I am a EU citizen (Spain) with a non EU husband and we will be moving to Prague in Octobre. - We have savings for staying a couple of years and he also gets dividends from investments in the US. Could we get residence only showing savings and his dividends? What purpose of stay would that be for immigration? -Also, I might move my business ( freelance translator) to Czechia later if we are happy there. If I do, will I have to change the residence permit because I changed the purpose of stay? - Can the criminal record check from my country be is 5-6 months old?
