Hi. I'm from India, I am planning to apply Temporary resident card from Lithuania. Currently in Poland and applied for card and waiting for the decision. I am here past two months and things have changed here to get residence card. So i am planning to apply Lithuania residence card by minimal investment. I haved stamped application in Poland and my Visa expired after applying TRP in poland. In case i need to come to Lithuania and apply for TRP can i apply using this papers or need visa to enter? If need visa let me know the processing fee to get visa and come to Lithuania from Poland. We are two persons to apply TRP.
