My name is Alan da SIlva Morais, I was hired by a company in June last year with my Hungarian Residence Card, in the mean time I also apply for the visa to remain in Poland legally just to be sure everything will goes smoothly, now my company is putting pressure on me as I havent gotten a decision letter. I would like to know if you could help me with this case? They hired me with Hungarian Residence Card and didnt mention anything else about another documents, now 7 months later I have heard they can terminate my contract immediately. How can I proceed in this sittuation?
