Hello! I have a brother who is a Filipino Network Engineer. He is being hired by a company in Warsaw for a year. The Polish company will sponsor the work visa, air ticket Manila-Poland-Manila and accommodation. However, the Polish company will not pay the Philippine agency fee. My question is, does Poland\'s law allow charging of placement fee from the worker? Can the Philippine agency fee collect the agency fee from my brother? Thank you very much!
